Segindec Renovations (Pty) Ltd is home renovations, remodelling and maintenance company established in the Gauteng region in 2019. Segindec is solely owned by Lesego Letlala. It is registered as a Private company with no work restrictions (PTY) LTD.

The company is 100% black and female owned. It is a contributor to South Africa’s drive for transformation and is proud to have achieved the BBBEE status of a Micro Enterprise Level 1 contributor, with 100% Black female ownership

The company is allied with many vastly experienced consultants and partnerships specialising in home remodelling, home renovations, home maintenance ad turn-key projects.

Segindec has a one primary mandate; to provide high quality services, affordable, exceptional project management services to all types of homeowners ensuring that all construction and operations standards are adhered to.
We do not have permanent staff and no overheads therefore we can keep our prices reasonably low however creating job opportunities to the consultants who are experts in the industry. All staff, consultants and partners are qualified personnel with expensive experience in construction, Information Technology and Project Management.

Our Strategy is simple, empowering and encourages growing small businesses. With each and every project we take on we ensure that 50% of our staff complement consist of young professionals who have a desire to start their own businesses.

We work with them on a couple of projects partnering them with experienced and skilled consultants to ensure that they gain the necessary skill to be able to branch out and start their own businesses eventually creating employment; in turn they contribute to the economy in a bigger scale rather than just be skilled and unemployed.

The Company is rapidly growing to medium size ensuring the principles of sustainable development through efficient planning and innovation that will allow us to grow and compete fairly in the diverse market.
