The DELIGHT Remodeling Encounter
Embarking on any home remodeling project on your own can be a nerve-wrecking task. Segindec Renovations has developed “The DELIGHT Remodeling Encounter.” DELIGHT = Discovery and Design, Estimate, Lead, Install, Guarantee, Happy Client and Touch on. Our professional designers will work to help incorporate our clients ideas, wants, and style into their new dream home renovation project. We will work to get the job done on time, on budget and with little disruption to their family life.
On-site Consultation
From the moment our potential client makes contact, Segindec Renovations endeavors to meet them where they are at in the home renovations process.
We will take the time to properly explain, educate about the different textures, design elements, take measurements and build around a budget that will work for our client. Our end goal is to create the living space of their dreams while making this a delightful remodeling experience for our client and their family.
Design & Construction Estimate
We understand how daunting it taking on a home renovations project with a million ideas but no semi-realistic view of how this will look.
We take care of this stress for you by ensuring you choose the material, colours and design style that suits your dream living space and budget when we visit for the consultation.
We then design a 3D semi-realistic view of your living space for you to approve. Once you approve the design, we can accurately work out the expenses and provide an estimate.
Pre-Construction Designs
Once the 3D designs and estimate are approved by the homeowner, Segindec consultant will have a sign off pre-construction consultation of the designs, contract, payment terms and project timelines with the homeowners. An explanation of the entire installation will be outlined to the homeowner and a contract will be signed by both parties. The contract outlines key National Credit regulations as required by law to protect the rights of both the homeowner and supplier.
The Finishing
Touches
Once installation commences, the project lead will be in constant communication with the homeowner to advise on progress.

Once installation is complete, the homeowner and Segindec project lead will complete a quality check. This is to ensure that the homeowner is happy and satisfied with the work completed.
